April 27 (Bloomberg) — Diamond Trust of Kenya Ltd.’s Ugandan unit said profit for the year through December declined 41 percent to 1.16 billion shillings after operating costs rose because of network expansion, according to a statement published in Daily Monitor newspaper today.
