dthdc4, this is far from a dead issue.
A stable Kenya is vital to the US? Then why was Obama campaigning for Odinga? For years Obama has been at the cutting edge of the jihad in Africa, all the while a US Senator. Far from a dead issue, this hasn’t even begun to be exposed. We should be calling for a Congressional hearing. The US is not well represented by this dual citizen of Kenya and Islam, and the US and Christianity.

How can you be so ignorant? Have you not heard of Trinity Christ Church in Chicago where Obama has been a practicing Christian for the last 20 years? While it is true that his Kenyan father and Indonesian stepfather were Muslims, they were never fundamentalist Muslims.

Obama has a been a practicing Christian most of his life. Why do you people keep reviving this issue of religion WHEN THE FACTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!!????

dthdc4, it is my understanding that there is no record of Obama’s conversion or baptism to Christianity. If you look at Obama’s associates and activities, a stronger case can be made that he has been a practicing Muslim.
Re your comments about Obama’s father… he was a radical Muslim.

I have to call you ignorant because you are ignoring plain facts.

1. Ann Dunham, Obama’s mother, was a practicing Christian.
2. He was baptized in the United Church of Christ more than 20 years ago and even before that he was more an agnostic than anything else.
3. The school in Indonesia that he attended was NOT a madrassa.
4. According to his Kenyan family, Barack Sr. was Muslim but more an agnostic than fundamentalist.

dthdc4, there is truth on youtube, and the false is also found, depends upon who’s doing the videos and making comments. I was careful to verify my info with reliable sources such as 2006 news articles rather than current press releases written by the Obama camp. I stand by all I’ve said. Obama’s mother was aetheist, there is no record of Obama’s baptism, he was schooled in the Koran in Indonesia, his father was a radical Muslim. Check older news articles, and books other than Obama’s.

Apparently you have not checked with his co-parishioners and just because you never found a baptismal certificate does not mean he was not baptized. Obama’s mother was raised Christian in the Episcopal faith. His school in Indonesia was secular not parochial and his father was a moderate Muslim.
