Now I know why our economic plans fail. How does a plane leave the hanger on to the runway with insufficient energy(fuel)? A sure recipe for crash(failure). Hon. Prime Minister do not hurry into the runway, do a liitle homework(refueling) first then you and all of us Kenyans will be just fine
